We hope that your experience with our event and training services (“Events”) is rewarding and valuable. Please review this Refund Policy for eligibility for refunds for Events. This Refund Policy is hereby incorporated into our Terms of Use.
Any defined terms used in this Refund Policy that are not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.
Refunds and Eligibility.
Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with an Event, failure to attend or inability to participate in an Event for any reason, or for any reason not expressly stated in this Refund Policy, except where otherwise required by law.
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
• Eligibility Rejection. If your registration for an Event is rejected because you do not meet the security or other requirements for the applicable Event, a refund will be processed automatically when your registration is rejected due to such clearance deficiency.
• Class Cancellation. If we cancel a scheduled Event, all registered participants will automatically receive a voucher for a future training event of similar value. Alternatively, participants may request a full refund by contacting info@3db-labs.com.
How Will Refunds be Issued?
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. In the event a Payment Processor has processed the original payment, such Payment Processor shall issue the refund to you.
